CROSS BORDER DEFENSEMAN SCHOOL - FALL/WINTER 2011-12
SOLD OUT! For Rep and Advanced House League boys and girls aged 7 - 13. Running in 9 and 10-week Sessions. Mondays at 6pm, at the Wave Sports Centre. Players are grouped in ages 7-10 and 11-13 (and according to skill level). Head Instructors will train defensemen with game-type situations. Learn Gap control, D-Zone coverage, first passes, efficient stick use, NHL-calibre drills, front-of-net control, backwards skating techniques, containing, and point shooting.

For Rep and House League boys and girls aged 8 - 12. Participate in this 5-day program, March 12 - 16, 2012, from 1 - 2:30pm daily. Sign up today! Players are grouped according to skill level. We train defensemen with game-type situations. Learn Gap control, D-Zone coverage, Footwork (Agility/Mobility), Point shooting, Breakout options, Backwards/linear skating techniques, and Puck retrieval on our NHL-sized ice surfaces.
