Wave Hockey Leagues

Wave Hockey offers leagues for Men and Women, Boys and Girls of all ages and skill levels. Remember that you can join a program part-way through and we'll prorate the price for you. Take a look at the following programs:

WAVE ADULT HOCKEY LEAGUE (WAHL) - SUMMER 2012
18 games guaranteed (including playoffs) in the flagship Wave Hockey program. Season runs from late April through late August 2012. B/C/D, Rec, & 35+ divisions are offered on Monday through Thursday and Weekends. Certified officiating and online schedules and stats. The best league value in the area! Please compare! WAVE 3on3 YOUTH SUMMER HOCKEY LEAGUES - 2012
The 9th season of our highly-successful 3on3 hockey leagues. All games played on FULL ICE - don't settle for less! You have option of joining our standard weekend-game league (Rep and House League players, 12 games incl. playoffs, May 11 - August 19), or our Cottage League with games on weeknights (House League players only, 12 games incl. playoffs, April 9 - late June). Weekend League games are played Fridays through Sundays, with no long weekends in July or August. Consistent game days week to week. Last season featured an incredible 170+ teams and 1700+ players! Divisions offered from Tyke through Midget. Adult certified officials for all games. A zero-tolerance policy is enforced to ensure our players' safety. 3on3 hockey features more ice time, puck handling, creativity, non-stop skating, speed and agility. Develop your skills with the best 3on3 in the GTA and Golden Horseshoe area! Stay sharp in the off-season.

WAVE HOCKEY ORIGINAL SIX HOUSE LEAGUE (Full Ice 5on5) - FALL/WINTER 2011-12
The return of the most unique House League program in Burlington! Wave Hockey presents the pinnacle of House League hockey, complete with the BEST professional on-ice development, dry-land training, and conditioning programs. We offer everything that your player needs to progress well beyond their current abilities. Featuring THE LONGEST GAME TIMES IN BURLINGTON, with NO CURFEWS! Periods are 10x10x12. High quality jerseys with full colour sublimated patches! Team Coaches in our program will be carefully chosen to ensure that our mission statement is met. For Tyke through Midget players. 2006-born players will also be accepted (the League to approve). Each team has 15 skaters, plus goalie position(s). This means that we will have LIMITED SPACE and that we will sell out quickly! The 2011-12 season runs from September through March. An unbeatable value!

WAVE HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY LEAGUE (Full Ice 5on5) - FALL/WINTER 2011-12
Our fourth season is for all players currently attending High School. The season runs from September 2011 through March 2012. 26 Sunday afternoon and evening games guaranteed, including playoffs. All games are played at Wave Twin Rinks' 2 NHL-sized ice pads, or Wave Sports Centre. Online stats and schedules. Sign up with your buddies as a team, or as an individual.

BURLINGTON WOMENS HOCKEY LEAGUE (BWHL) - FALL/WINTER 2011-12
26 prime time games during the season, which runs from early September through late March. Sunday games, afternoons and evenings at Wave Twin Rinks and Wave Sports Centre. 2 divisions to choose from - Recreational, and Competitive. Certified referees and online schedules and stats. WAVE CO-ED ADULT ROOKIE LEAGUE - FALL-WINTER 2011-12
Have you always wanted to play hockey? Hit the ice with fellow beginners in this non-competitive, non-contact, social league. We are perfect for beginner and advanced rookies. Friday night games running from September through April. 26 games guaranteed. Great exercise! Enjoy a cold drink at our licensed restaurant, Crossbar and Grill, overlooking the ice pads!
