Summer Break Camps

Wave Hockey offers many fun, challenging and exciting Summer Camps for boys and girls of all ages and skill levels.

Print out the form(s) and once completed, drop them off at Wave Twin Rinks, or fax to 905-336-9311.
If you are unable to view or print PDF files, you can stop by Wave Twin Rinks (1179 Northside Road, Burlington) to pick up a printed copy.
